April 2021, 4 consecutive nights of frost got rid of 60% of our harvest. The grapes that had decided to resist, we pampered them with care, manual harvest in the early morning to keep their freshness. Our pioneering spirit, quality grapes in small quantities, we needed nothing more to get started in natural wine, without any added sulfites.
