Intense & fresh wine, with notes of mint and spices with very marked aromas of red and black fruits, liquors, musk (animal smell), and floral.
A very modern expression of Languedoc wines, vinified in concrete tanks.
Served with red meat, regional dishes (Cassoulet), game and cheese.

Méditation is a very delicate red wine.
Blend of 60% syrah and 40% Fer Servadou.
Rose flavors with aromatic herbs, it will develop a grape fruit feeling with subtile red fruits peppery notes.
Suitable for tapas, meat, poultry and some desserts (made with chocolate or candied lemons).

Dense and supple mouth, with grains of fine tannins and aromas of brown spices (turmeric, 4 spices) for this blended cuvée 50% Merlot & 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification in concrete vats to keep the freshness and the fruit.
Meal wine to accompany dishes and meats or spicy cuisines, world cuisine (sweet and salty, curries …).
